Rather than a classic restoration, where old works are cleaned and repaired, this involves the complete reconstruction of these pieces. Most of the time there is nothing left of the original artefact, just a mention in the archives or an old black-and-white photo. On the basis of this information, a new object is produced and since 2010 you have been able to find more than 40 newly-painted small sacred artefacts in Bohemian Switzerland and at other sites. Crosses with silhouettes of Jesus, angels and Mary, paintings in rock niches, in stone roadside chapels, etc.
