What data I process and why

I process your personal data primarily to provide you with
the best quality content and send you free stuff. Individual reasons for processing:

Provision of services, performance of a business contract and bookkeeping
If you are my customer, I process for the performance of a contract (e.g. sending you
login information for an online course, entering it into the accounting system), I will use your personal data for the following purposes:
billing data and email.

I process personal data for the duration of your consent, but no longer than 10 years from the date of your consent.

delete all the data or if you have objected to the processing.

Right to erasure (to be forgotten)
Another right you have is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). I don’t want to forget you, but
you have every right to do so if you wish.
In this case, I will remove all your personal data from my system and from the system
all sub-processors and backups. I will need 30 days to secure the right to erasure.
In some cases, I am bound by a legal obligation and, for example, I must record
tax documents issued for a period of time specified by law. Therefore, in this case
I delete all such personal data that is not bound by another law. O

Unsubscribe from newsletters and commercial communications

Emails with inspiration, articles or products and services are sent to you if you are my customer at
my legitimate interest.

If you are not yet a customer, I only send them to you based on your consent. V
either way, you can stop receiving my emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in
in each email sent.

Silence

I am obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and security
measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of your personal data. This
confidentiality shall continue even after the end of the contractual relationship with me. Without your
consent, I will not disclose your data to any other third party.
